Fujifilm Instax Share Printer

I received my first birthday present this year, 3 months early! I had my eye on the Instax printer for a few months already and Le hubby knew I wanted one but couldn't wait till my birthday to give it to me cos he is worried I will go and buy it for myself and he will have to go and crack his brain on what to get for my birthday.

He is so funny lah! ∩(︶▽︶)∩

Anyway this really lives up to the tradition that he only know how to get me techie products for presents because that's the field what he knows best. Other than the Pandora bracelet he got me in Las Vegas for our 1st year anniversary for going steady, all the other presents are electronic/techie products. Hahahahahaha!

A+ for effort because he wrapped the present by himself and placed it in my cubbyhole where he knows it's not too obvious but I will definitely see it.

B- for using MY wrapping paper and taking a card from MY card supply box. Tsk Tsk!! He said he didn't have time to get those and he really want me to have the printer asap. Like on the same day it arrived.

Ok lah... A+ for the heart. So he passed lah! Hahahahaha!

This is my cubbyhole! I like to look at the picture we took at the photobooth at our wedding dinner last year at Grand Hyatt. It's the only picture we got from the photobooth out of the two days because we were so busy doing other stuff!! I like to go there and look at the photo everyday when I come back from work.

(ॢ˘⌣˘ ॢ⑅) It just gives me a happy warm feeling inside whenever I see this picture! This was taken just minutes before our 1st march in (the photobooth was closing but let us take a last picture together) into the ballroom.

So I came home and saw this in my cubby hole!

Removed the card and saw this!

( ˘ ³˘)❤ Awwwwwww ( ˘ ³˘)❤

He downloaded the Instax app on my phone for me and taught me how to use it. It's super easy! Just choose the picture you want to print, zoom in/zoom out and hit "print"! You can add in filters! But there's only 3 types to choose from. You can also add in pictures and words into the picture from the app before you print.. Quite limited selection though. Hope they add in more filters and edits soon!

I took some screenshots of the app..

The good thing about the app is you can also use any picture in your phone's album.. so you can use other camera apps to edit the photo before opening it up in the Instax app to print it. I like to use Line app to add in stickers and other photo apps to edit the pictures (make it clearer/brighter, etc).

I think it's better than a polaroid camera because you can choose your favourite picture to print it out instead of the uncertainty of knowing how the polaroid will turn out from the camera.

Thank you Le Hubby for the wonderful present! I love you!  (ɔˆ ³(ˆ⌣ˆc)

Staycation at Westin!

Had a 3D2N staycation at Westin Singapore with Le hubby, Nathaniel & Wany from 11-13 July!

It's actually a wrong timing because Le hubby had to work during the weekend so he wasn't there the whole weekend except to sleepover. Also, Nat had a very bad toothache and he was suffering from the pain the whole weekend.

(▰˘︹˘▰) Le sigh. Bad timing bad timing!!

On Friday, Wany & Nat went to check-in the hotel first because Le hubby and I had to work. We met at Vivocity for a quick dinner and movie before heading back to the hotel.

$39 for Transformers 3 is so not worth it. Tsk.

It was so late when we arrived at the hotel that the lobby was deserted!

We went up to the room and put up the party decors cos it's both of their birthday this month! Hahaha! This staycation is like a celebration for the two of them.

Queen Wany ordering Nat around like her slave again. Hahaha!

Nat! (★^O^★)
Wany! ⊂((・▽・))⊃

On Saturday morning, Nat & I went out for breakfast while Wany had her princess sleep. After breakfast he complained about his toothache getting worst so we went to hunt for dental clinics around Amoy Street. Ended up taking a cab to Tanjong Pagar Plaza to see the dentist.

Went back to the hotel and just nua the whole Saturday away.

I bought some cakes from Chef Yamashita! Yums!

Our room overlooks the pool!

Went for an early swim on Sunday morning!

The pool was empty cos it was only 6am in the morning. Haha!

We were so early we could see the sun rise! Too bad it was blocked by the building.

Only Nat & I swam. Wany was sleeping and Le hubby didn't wanna swim.

Artsy-fartsy shot. Haha!

Le hubby being pensive and all. ~~~

We checked out on Sunday afternoon and left around 2pm. Overall it was not as enjoyable as I wanted because most of the times Le Hubby was not there and it was supposed to be everyone there having fun together. Oh wells.. I hope we can have another staycation together without having missing husbands or toothaches dramas.

Till next time!

Dancing Crab (Grand Stand)

DANCING CRAB
Address : The Grandstand 200 Turf Club Road
(Old Turf Club in Bt. Timah) #01-20/21
Singapore 287994
Tel : +65 6466 3303

Le hubby has the AMEX Platinum card which comes with dining benefits.. We decided to go to Dancing crab for dinner cos he has a 50% discount if we order 2 main courses!

There's a rule that your main course must be over $30 so we had to order two types of crabs. The lobster roll was cheaper than that. The food was good and it's worth it if you have the 50% discount. I wouldn't pay full price for it cos it's not thaaaat good. The food becomes cold really quickly after they pour it on the table so I have to eat quickly cos I like my food hot.

You can choose from different sauces but I still prefer black pepper crabs though!
