Had a craving for Cheng Ting but the two stalls at my house serves horrible cheng ting.. so I decided to cook it myself!
Decided to add in a new ingredient this time.. Usually I don't put this cos I'm afraid that Pipimon doesn't like it..
I don't know what you call it, but it's damn amazing.. If you put it in a bowl of water, it'll expand from a almond seed look-a-like to a ball of brown jellyish substance! Cool!!
