Bye bye braces!

Today is my final visit to my orthodontist! Super excited cos I can finally remove my braces after 17months! Previously I was told it will take around 12months but somehow it got "extended".. Hmpm.

On the way to the dental clinic, I kept running my tongue over my braces cos I know I'll never ever feel the rough metallic edges again. I am happy to remove them.. but I kinda miss them too because they've been a part of me since September 2010.

I bought the dolls of Amazon.com and bought the display case from Daiso to stick them in. :)

Brendan accompanied me there! :)

He went in with me and he saw how Dr Tang removed the braces.. he said he forgot to take video but I also did not want him to cos it's so unglam lying there with your mouth wide open and filmed in HD. T_T" We both thought she will cut the braces but instead she somehow managed to snap the band away from my teeth and remove it as one whole piece! Amazing..

After 3 rounds of buffing and cleaning, it's time to take photos for their records. Brendan is so evil! He kept laughing when Dr Tang took pictures of my teeth cos I had to prop it with the plastic thingys..!! It looks damn unglam lah and he kept making me laugh! Dr Tang also kept laughing cos both of us were just cracking up in the room.. LOL!

Dr Tang was also able to guess correctly that he has put braces before but she said he's very naughty for not using retainers, and luckily he is not her patient cos she will force him to put. Hahahahhaha!

I feel so naked without my braces. -__-

My teeth are also very shaky because the support is removed. I am told that it will stabilize after a few days and I must wear my retainers to keep them in place. The retainers has a one year guarantee so I can go back anytime for a replacement if I break them (which I know I will cos I am so klutzy!).

Final Braces Update!

Happy New Year everyone! :)

I spent New Year's eve in Batam with Santi, Welly & Elson! It was really fun and I will post more pictures soon! :) I stayed for a night and came back to work today. :( Blogging during my breaktime now..

Santi and Welly went back to their respective hometowns! Gonna be months before I see them again! #emo.

I thought I can remove my braces yesterday and was so hyped up about it, but my dentist begged me to put it on for another month cos she wants it to be more stable and secure before removing them.. Imaging my super duper disappointed face. :(

Anyways, she gave me her solemn promise that I can finally remove my braces during the next appointment! 04 Feb! Hurray!

My final colours are silver and blue.. ♥♥♥

17th Braces update!

Blue and Pink!

I pretty much ran through most of my favourite colours and I am at a lost of what to choose now. Hope this will be the final braces visit and the next time I can remove it!

Braces emergency in Paris

I was talking to Wany on Skype (video conferencing) and munching on grapes when suddenly one of my rubber bands on my braces fell out.. The coloured part. And I can feel the wire poking me.. I can't even talk properly, let alone eat!

I googled "59 rue de l'abbe groult to orthodontist", which is basically my address to a dentist who does braces and an address pops up. The closing hours is until 7pm, so I rode my bicycle there in record time without calling in to make an appointment or finding out more about the building.

The moment I hit the streets (around 5.15pm), I realized I don't have contact lenses on.. everything looked blurred but I refused to go back to put them on as I am afraid I don't have time to go and do my braces so I just cheong down the street... When I arrived, it's a cluster of buildings and there's no proper signboards! I asked a few locals but they went there walking their dogs and don't know anything -- though they were very friendly and tried to speak English to me.

Panicking, I ran into one of the building and saw two little girls who were very shy but they managed to understand me and helped pointed out the correct place.. 

Reaching the door, I rang the doorbell twice before someone came.. it's around 5.35pm at this point.. A lady opened the door and said "We are closed", but I explained to her about my problem and asked her for help. She was very sweet and let me in, asked me to lie on the dentist chair and she will do her best to help me.. 

She checked my tooth and she replaced the rubber band for me and helped me tighten the wire.. in less than 2 mins she said "Voila!".. I thanked her, and before I left, I took out my wallet and asked her "How much should I pay you?".. She said "Don't worry, it's free!".

OMG!

I asked her again how much she wanted, and she refused my money!

I gave her a big hug and thanked her profusely before leaving.. She just smiled at me and said "Enjoy Paris!".

Can you believe it? Firstly, I am in Paris and the people are supposed to be stuck up.. Secondly, she helped me outside her consultation time (she said the clinic closes at 5pm) and lastly she did not charge me!!

I am so blessed to meet nice people like her. :)

Based on my personal experiences here, almost everyone is friendly and nice! The garbage collectors will wave and say hi to me everyday, the grocer will greet me in the morning, everyone is always smiling at me and I've never encountered any stuck up people at all! I think it's a misconception the world has of Paris.. I love this place and I really wish I could speak French so I can communicate better with the locals!

15th Braces Update!

PPP Purple,Pink,Party... it's all "P"s, get it? Hahahahaha! Okok.. Very lame I know.

Anyway, I did not update last month's braces!! It's multi coloured, green on the top and pink/white below but I did not take a picture.. That's because the Samsung camera sucks and I really hate bringing it out.. And the Canon SLR is so huge and heavy so I am so lazy to take it out to use it.

After buying the new Sony HX9V camera, I'm starting to take more pictures! :) We bought the camera at Changi Airport Terminal 1. Pipimon spent a lot of time researching on a new camera for me and we decided on this. After buying it, he saw in techie magazine that it's the No 1 digital compact camera and he's so happy with his choice! I love the camera cos it takes really pretty pictures!

My dentist Dr Anna Tang is on maternity leave so today it's Dr Choy who changed my braces for me.. His technique is so much different than Dr Tang. Both of them are good, but I can feel that Dr Tang is more specialized in braces. Dr Choy is more gentle though.. Hahaha! And he is more throughout that Dr Tang. Anyway, she'll only be back on 19Nov.. So next month I will be seeing Dr Choy again before seeing Dr Tang in December.

I'll most probably be able to remove my braces in December! ^^

Afterwards, I will do teeth whitening and then I will finally have perfect white teeth! Hollywood smile! :D

13th Braces Update

Today is the first time I go for my braces appointment and leave without paying! :) I actually forgotten that I paid off the whole amount and was waiting for my turn to pay until the nice receptionist reminded me that I don't have to pay for anything! Hahahahaha!

I chose all red for National Day cos I am going for the National Day parade next Tuesday! :)

I asked her to remove the bitch bracket on the top left corner but she refused! I told her nobody is gonna see my inner crooked tooth but she is adamant that I should have perfectly straight teeth inside and out and she said SHE can see it so it's bothering her. T_T"

So we came to an agreement.. instead of removing it, she tightened it and made it more compact so it won't rub against my cheek that much... And it felt much better! Though I would have preferred her removing it totally and gluing a bracket to the second last tooth, but since it doesn't hurt that much anymore I can live with it. Hope the ulcer heals soon!

I did a comparison picture from last year till now. It's been 11 months since I first put my braces and I am gonna remove them in a few months time!

Hope it's worth all the inconveniences and the money!! I still don't like the gap between the top and bottom row on the left (right of picture).. Hope she can do something to adjust them.

Hurts like a bitch!

Remember I mentioned that I had a new bracket put in for my 12th Braces visit?

It's been almost 3 weeks and my inner cheek has not gotten used to it yet.. It's gotten so bad, I have a perpetual ulcer and it's becoming increasingly difficult to eat or talk.

Moreover I've become really really thirsty.. I drink an average of 300ml of water per hour, which is like almost 3 liters of water per day.. and that's a LOT.

Previously I had this crazy mad thirst last year, around September and I went to the doctor thinking I had some weird illness! The doctor even ordered me a full range of blood tests to see if I have diabetes cos it's one of the symptoms..

Luckily the test was negative! But I wasted a lot of blood and time going through the process.

Now I am experiencing this weird thirst phase again,I suspect it's my braces.. Maybe my mouth crave water cos of the ulcers that my braces is causing me..? Or I am somehow allergic to metal?

I don't know.. there can be so many reasons, but I think the root cause is my braces.

Anyway, I am removing it this Saturday so I am super happy! I am gonna ask my dentist to take the bracket out and put in a smaller bracket on my 2nd last tooth instead. I don't give a damn if the inner teeth are crooked! It's not worth the pain! Moreover I need to talk a lot in my line of work and it's impending my performance..

Maybe this is the pain that most people go through for their braces? If that's the case.. than maybe my tolerance for pain is not as high as I thought it was?

It would be easier if I don't have to talk so much, but I work in a call centre and I NEED TO TALK cos that's my job!!! My work is more important than my teeth.. for the moment. So I have to do something about it.

12th Braces Update

I finally paid off the full amount for my braces! Yay! So from now on I don't have to pay for anything when I go back to tighten my braces each month! :D

Today I chose pink & purple! Dr Anna added a bracket at the top left of my braces and it hurts like hell! Hope I will get use to it soon.

Ouch ouch ouch!

11th Braces Update

Pipimon suggested dark green & bright green when I asked him what colour I should choose for the powerbands.. but when I was in the consultation room, I was told that there is only had 1 kind of green, so I made a quick decision on the spot by choosing the yellow to match with the green.. and I think the combination is nice! :)

I still have to put in the 2 rubberbands on each side to tighten and pull the teeth straighter. It's quite a hassle when I have to eat cos I have to pull it out than straight after eating I have to put it back.. most of the times, people around me give me weird looks but I have learned to ignore them. Haha!

10th Braces Visit! (Red & Blue)

I usually go to the Toofdoctor at Tanjong Pagar cos it's near to Chinatown and I could walk over after work on Saturdays (Dr Anna only there on Sats), if not I have to take a cab down from home than take bus home later.. Quite tedious cos if I take bus back I have to change two buses but I can't take bus there cos I must take train + bus.. super complicated that's why I take cab down from home during my appointments.

So since I am no longer working in Chinatown and I am really sian of cabbing down to Tanjong Pagar just for a 10min appointment -- no matter how nice the peanut icekachang is at the Tanjong Pagar market, I decided to change location to Serangoon Central instead. It's 2 MRT stops away and Dr Anna will be there on Weds & Fris so I have more flexibility in choosing my appointments.. but it doesn't matter anyway since I am not working now and I have all the time in the world.. Haha.

I had an appointment just now at 3.30pm and I took the train there.. found the clinic and went up to the 2nd floor of the clinic..

I realized that the dental assistants were not as friendly as Tanjong Pagar and the one thing I am unhappy about is they did not call to remind me of the appointment like how they did previously at Tanjong Pagar.. Tanjong Pagar branch ALWAYS call me one day before to remind me of my appointment! Good restaurants also do that when you make a reservation! Tsk!

The consultation room is also much smaller, no sofa to put my handbag! -_- In the end I have to put my bag on the floor, but it's alright cos it's my Naraya bag and Pipimon can help me wash it if it's dirty... So now I know.. everytime I go to Serangoon ToofDoctor I must bring cheapo bag cos can only put on the floor.

Ok, that aside.. when I was paying, the girl asked "Cash or card". I told her "Card cos I not enough cash", than she proceeded to print the receipt before I hand over my credit card.. than she widened her eyes than said "I though you said CASH?". Umm.. maybe my diction is horrible but CASH and CARD sounds vastly different, no? So she's like "tsk.. I already print the receipt. how?".. I told her I can pay by NETS if that's the same.. but she said they don't have NETS machines.. In the end she called another staff from 1st floor to come up and help her settle the receipt issue while keep repeating the story saying she asked me if Cash or Card and she 'thought' she heard me say cash but I gave her my card in the end.

Why would I make things difficult for you? I am so nice to service people can! I am polite, always smiling and treating them better than most people treat them.. but sometimes I feel these idiots take it for granted and they would rather customers abuse them or something. Being nice doesn't mean I am a pushover ok? I just respect you as a human being. Bloody Hell!

In the first place, why issue receipt when no payment is received in your hands? What if the person's credit card decline? Tsk.

I mean, I am still paying the same amount but the service is one heaven one hell. So now it's a choice between service and convenience, but like I say, since it's only a 10min appointment each time to change the bands.. I will go with convenience sakes and ignore their heck-care attitude until it becomes horribly bad than I will complain about it.

By the way, the girls at Tanjong Pagar are mainly Singaporean Chinese girls and the ones at Serangoon are Filipinos. I thought they are supposed to be friendlier and more service oriented than locals? Guess not all cliches are true!

But thankfully, Dr Anna is still sweet and friendly.. so it's ok. That's the most important thing.

Okok, enough grousing.. pictures time! :)

Seriously! More than once I've been told that if my nose were slimmer I'll be chio-er.. I remembered long ago, I went to a friend's house and his plastic surgeon mother she said if I have a nose job I'll look really pretty and she'll marry me to her elder son. T_T" Thanks huh.

Oh, notice the two rubber bands at the two corners of my teeth?

Dr Anna gave me a bag of rubber bands to put in my braces cos she says my teeth are slanting and she wants to pull them into place so I have to put two rubber bands and replace them every 24 hours. I asked her if I can eat with the bands, she says it's alright but it'll take some getting use to.. Today she did not change my wires like she did every month.. I guess I am using the thickest wire she has now?

And surprisingly other than the 1st month where one of the brackets fell out after I bit on a butter cookie, I had no more similar accidents since! Hahahahaa! I even tried biting on sugar cane (in China), crabs and other hard stuff.. Let's pray that it will stay that way.. :)

Afterwards I called Brendan back cos he called me while I was about to go in to change my braces bands.. I asked him about the rubber bands cos he also had braces done before, and he said it's normal and I will get used to it.. T_T"

He said wanna treat me to sushi buffet but 'suddenly realized' I don't eat raw fish! HAHAHAHAHAHAH! Duh? I told him I eat buffet not worth it cos I only hoot the cheap stuff and unless the buffet is like $20++ than don't bother cos I paiseh he pay so much also.. than he say he will eat the sashimi than I can eat the rice of the maki. KNS! So I told him to change place cos no point paying so much if I only eat the cheap cheap stuff right? Not sure where we going tomorrow but we gonna eat something else. :)

So I walked over to Nex and since I've not had anything to eat from morning till 4pm+, I was walking around trying to decide what to eat.... than I decide to eat something cold since I don't get to eat my Peanut icekachang from Tanjong Pagar...

My fave frozen yogurt, Sogurt!

Out of some many frozen yogurt brands that are sprouting out like warts all over the island, my fave is Sogurt cos I can dispense it myself, scoop the toppings myself and their chocolate and apple flavours are super duper nice like siao! On top of that, the quality is good cos even after walking around for 10mins or so it did not melt into a gooey shitty watery mess.. I was eating very slowly cos of the stupid rubber bands and took around 15mins to finish it (usually I will gobble it down in 5!) and till the end it still retains the 'shape' of the soft serve. Good stuff! They charge by weight so you can dictate how cheap or how expensive you want it! My selection are usually around $6 to $7.. :)

Afterwards went to Isetan's Ettusais to stock up on my makeup products.. They giving the pink pouch to members for every $60 spent. Not super chio, but better than last month's horrible fguly flowery thingy.

Dinner! :)

I tabao-ed sushi from Cold Storage and bubble tea and came home to nomnom while watching Glee on my Singtel Mio. New episode not out yet, but it's ok.. I watched the Prom Queen episode (for the 14th time?) and is still loving it!

Now when I open my mouth wide, I can feel the rubber bands pulling on my teeth and there's a familiar aching pain.. which I strangely find, is comforting! Cos after a while my braces won't hurt and I feel that it's not doing it's job in pushing and straightening my teeth cos NO PAIN = NO GAIN! Yea yea, I am weird lah. Meh.

9th Braces Visit! Part 2!

Remember last month I chose transparent bands for my braces?

GUESS WHAT HAPPENED?? I ate curry twice and it turned..

YELLOW!

And it's not even the pretty yellow lah! Looks like stained, ugly dodgy yellow! And I had to live with this colour for the past few weeks! Thankfully I am going back to the dentist on 18th May so I can choose new colours!!

9th Braces Visit!

Just went to change my braces bands today.. :)

I think I regret choosing transparent cos it's not "popping" enough.. And I think it will change colour if I eat curry or something.. Eeks.

My dentist has evened out one of my front tooth by smoothing/cutting it.. She's also trying to push a gap wider in my lower right side so I can put in an implant for a tooth that was removed when I was Primary 5 (because my mum was too cheapo to pay for a root canal treatment and opted for the cheaper alternative to pulling it out).

What colour should I choose next month? Powerbands are boring because I can't alternate the colours on the same row.. it's one connecting stretch so I have to choose the same colour for each roll, moreover the colours selections are more limited than the normal bands.. :(

8th Braces Visit, Upgrade to Powerbands!

Today I went for my braces appointment, now I cannot choose alternating colours on the same row cos I've upgraded to powerbands which is one whole line linked together... So I can only choose 1 colour for each row...

I chose turquoise and pink! :)

The pink is the same one as last month's upper row.. but I chose it again cos it goes nicely with the turquoise and I love pink! :D

The wire is also much thicker now and my dentist is pushing back my two front teeth.. if I use my finger or tongue to push the teeth, it hurts like hell lah! But if I don't touch it, not really painful.

I think after 2 days I'll get immune to the nagging soreness and pain liao.. Makes chewing a bit hard.. but I can one!! ^^

So this is the 7th visit liao! I think another 5 or 6 more months I can remove them for good! I think lah, cos Dr Anna Tang say my teeth is moving very nicely.

I also saw my usual and fave dentist Dr Choy! He did my cleaning for me, and he said even though it's been 11 months since I last had my teeth cleaned and polished, I maintained very well.. especially since I have braces on and it's difficult to keep it clean! Woohoo! So happy!! :D

I'll strive to have perfect teeth! It's the most prominent feature on a person's face.. after the eyes. I think I am blessed with pretty eyes, so the next thing I need to work on is my teeth.

As for my big fat nose, I shall have to comfort myself to thinking that fat nose = prosperity as those old people like to say... But I still envy those people with pretty sharp noses.. I can't really wear nice big frame sunnies cos I don't have the bone structure there to hold it up. :(

Anyway, gotta go prepare.. going to attend a double wedding at Shangri-la hotel! It's Namho's boss' two twin daughters' wedding and I need to go and bath and curl my hair! ^^ More pictures soon!

7th Braces Visit!

On 19 Feb, I went for my monthly braces appointment! This post is a bit back-dated cos I'm too busy to blog about it. Heh heh!

If you noticed, the upper row is a bit different now.. 'upgraded' to a different rubberband liao.. My bottom row is still a bit crooked on the right hand side of the picture, but my dentist promised me that it will shift and will become super straight and chio :) Well, she did not use the exact worda super straight or chio, but she said it will eventually straighten out. Hahahahahaha!

Ignore my weird looking smile.. just wanna show the braces on the side of my mouth where I just realized there is a bubble on the bottom row formed by my saliva. Eeeks. Super unglam lah! HAHAHAHAHA!

Next month I will have to do teeth cleaning liao cos it's been 11 months since my last teeth cleaning by the dentist. :)

I think I will miss my braces when I take it out eventually.. I think it'll most likely be removed by the end of this year cos my teeth are almost straight already.. :( Bittersweet feeling.. Hahaha.

AND I AM STILL NOT LOSING WEIGHT LEH! T_T"

6th Braces visit!

Let's look at the first time I put on my braces:

My teeth was not that crooked, but I wanted perfect teeth! Though everyone said "so painful!" I went for it.. and the 1st week was hell! My gums bled, I had ulcers, I couldn't talk properly... but afterwards I got used to it and now I don't feel any pain at all... Which may be the reason why I am gaining weight instead of losing them as many people experienced after putting on braces.

Here's how my teeth looks like now! 6 months after my 1st appointment!

I am happy with the results and it really looks straighter.. I have progressed to thicker wires and my dentist kept tightening the wire but I am not feeling much pain.. It's a bit sore on the 1st or 2nd day when she tightens it, but the pain just disappears soon... and I will be eating like nobody's business again.

Pretty Teeth! :)

I am not sure how long more I have to put them... but I am so excited to have super straight teeth! I am gonna whiten them after my braces treatment and when I smile, it's gonna be bling bling! ^^

Anyway I need to lose weight.. whoever heard of people gaining weight when they put on braces??? I think I gained like 8kg in the past 6 months and it's not funny lah :( So fat liao.... Boohooo! I am not even gonna consider buying new clothes since I will be reminded of how fat I am right now... and most of my clothes are super tight!!! AHHHH!!!!!

4th Visit! Beige Braces!

Contrary to popular belief, braces doesn't mean you'll lose your appetite.

There's so many horror stories on how people can't eat or drink after putting on braces. But I don't know why I am such a freak case cos I can bite on crab shells and chew on butter cookies (though my dentist got chide me for biting on hard stuff).. There were painful ulcers in the 1st week, but the pain came from the ulcers not the braces and after 6days, I'm up and running again.. after 4 visits, thicker wires and tighter pulling.. it still feels normal. I'm gonna miss my braces when I finally take it out.. My mouth will feel so empty. :(

So, it's really up to the pain threshold level of each individual. Who knows, maybe I'll not even scream during childbirth cos it won't really hurt? LOL!

3rd visit! :)

Changed my braces to green colour! It looks quite blueish here, but it's two tones of alternating green which looks suspiciously like blue-tac T_T"

Anyway I took a picture of the colours available for the bands for my braces! I told Dr Tang that I'm so stressed out each time I go in cos she only give me 30 secs to choose the colours.. The appointment is very short.. less than 15mins and she can change the wire, reglue the loose brackets and tighten the bands in.. So I asked her to let me take photo of the colours so I can start planning ahead..

She told me I'm cute and funny T_T" cos I say the funniest things.. -- I don't think I do leh. And she also find it very strange that I don't really feel the pain from the braces except from the horrible ulcers in the 1st week when I put them in... and she upgraded me to the thicker wire for the top row of my teeth and pulled them tighter... =.=

Actually hor, I don't really feel the pain lah, just a aching feeling when I try to chew on stuff.. that's why if you go out and eat with me, you'll realize I keep on grinding my teeth cos I'm testing how far my threshold of pain can tolerate me biting down hard on stuff.. But now since she put on the thicker wire and pulled it tighter, I can feel a slight discomfort while I bite down hard.. if I don't bite or grind my teeth, that it's zero pain.

Anyway, now I can start planning for the upcoming months.. Christmas will be red and dark green.. but that's for December.. so what shall I choose for the month of November?

Hmm.. decisions, decisions..

2nd Braces Visit!

I changed my braces colour! This month is orange and yellow! :)

Do you think it is straighter now? Hmmmm. I can't really tell the difference, but my dentist is saying she sees that my teeth is straightening up nicely.. Well~ Trust the experts, I should say.

But here's a side by side comparison...:

Yups.. I think if we put it side by side, the difference is quite obvious.. wah! One month.. like that liao, imagine 1year! WOOHOO!

I choose orange cos it's Pipimon's favourite colour and alternated it with yellow.. What should I choose next month...? Green? Blue? Purple?

Anyway, remember I bought new contact lenses last weekend? Wore them for the 1st time and here's some nice pictures I took of myself which Pipimon says does not look like me.. T_T"

I am photogenic!

Update (5 Oct): Wany says I look Japanese "student porn star".. T_T" Is that a compliment?! Omg.

I think I can take 100 photos and look different in all of them... Don't judge me by my photos.. I look horrible in real life. And I think I should take up Photoshop.. can make my photos even more beautiful! I wanna make my nose sharper! My eyes bigger and remove all my blemishes! Pimples! Be gone!

Extreme Thirst

I'm feeling thirsty all the time.. and it's the kind of parched thirst that is horrible to endure.

I drink so much water, I'm almost passing colourless urine... but I'm still thirtsy! Ohmyfuckinggod! My tongue is swollen from thirst and keeps bumping into my braces and now I have an ulcer on my tongue! T_T"

My teeth don't hurt anymore.. now it's just the thirst that's bothering me, and also the bracket from the top left hand side of my braces.. it kept poking onto the inner walls of my cheek and getting "stuck".. my sister says it's because my mouth is too dry.... well, drinking water doesn't seem to help.. I'm like a bottomless pit that no amount of water can seem to satisfy!

To give you an idea of how much water I am drinking... it's around 1 to 2 large coke bottles of plain water PER HOUR. And I estimate I am drinking around 15 litres of water a day which is almost FIVE TIMES of the recommended amount.. AND I AM STILL THIRSTY!

Goddammit!

WHAT THE HELL! I really need to go and see a doctor. Like real soon!!

Update: 
I went for a medical checkup and full blood tests because the doctor suspected that I might have diabetes.. But thank God the results were negative! :)

Day 3 of my braces...

I think I spoke too soon..

Now two of my teeth are hurting like hell, but the other tooth are fine. Dammit!!

Thank god I do not have ulcers on my mouth *touch wood*, but the two teeth are killing me!!! -_- It's so difficult to talk cos the upper and lower teeth may bump into each other!!

And I think I will stop eating rice for 1 year.. or until I master the skill of eating rice without it stuck in between my braces.. it's so gross lah! Like one mouthful of rice in my mouth and 80% will be stuck in between the metal parts.. How do people eat with braces on? I am so self-concious that people will look at my teeth and see food stuck in between. So gross... And when I rinse my mouth, so many food debris! Super gross!

And I usually floss my teeth twice a day and I find it so difficult to do that now... since the metal part keep breaking my floss.. -__- So uncomfortable lah! Cos flossing is a habit for me!!

Wahhh..

Pipimon laughing at me cos he say I so damn haolian for saying that braces doesn't hurt... well, it's not pain mah.. only that two teeth which I think is being pulled backwards that started to hurt last night..... and it's a bitch trying to eat anything...

Maybe i'll just eat steamed egg and tofu for the next month or so... T_T"
