Seafood Dinner @ Batam

,
[17 January 2011]

Instead of the famous (or infamous) Golden Prawn, we decided to go and eat seafood where the locals go! :) Pipimon's friend, David recommended us to Windsor Foodcourt which is a haven for men...

Everytime a man walks in the place, a group of young (but not very pretty) beer girls will SWARM him and ask very sweetly: "Tiger? Carlsberg?", etc.. Pipimon and Welly were walking in front and me and Santi were walking behind so both of them were swarmed until we shoo-ed them away. HAHAHAHA!

His friend recommended 138 Seafood! :)

The menu! But no price.. sibeh scary.

We ordered and waited for our food.. The drinks are ordered from a different stall but we did not need to stand and walk there cos our waitress whistled for someone to come and take our drinks order. Damn cool!

Behind us is the karaoke stage.. but luckily no one was singing and they were playing old songs of Jacky Cheung's.. Super nice! We kept singing along! Hahahahahaha!

BLACK PEPPER CRABS!
We ordered one more plate cos it was super nice!
We also ordered Chili Crabs but I did not take pic.. I just hoot! HAHA!

Butter Prawns~!!

Baby Squids

Sambal Kang Kong

Hot Plate Tofu

Free Agar Agar on the house. So nice!

4 very happy people!

Super shiok can!?

The total bill came to around SGD60.

Which means it's S$15 per person for a seafood feast! We had 4 crabs! OHMYGOD! Major cravings now!

We tipped the girl 30,000 rupiah.. around S$5 and she was so happy! Hahahaha! Service was good, food was fantastic and cheap! Visit this place the next time you are there! :)

Seafood is any sort of sea life regarded as foods by humans. Seafood prominently includes seafood. Shellfish include various species of molluscs, crustaceans, and echinoderms. In the past, sea mammals such as whales and dolphins are already consumed as food, though that occurs to a lesser extent right now. Edible sea plants, such since some seaweeds and microalgae, are widely eaten as seafood all over the world. In North America, although not generally in the united kingdom, the term "seafood" is extensive to fresh water organisms consumed by humans, so all edible aquatic life may be known as seafood.
